Castle Waterford is beautifully situated on a private estate in Royse City, Texas, just 40 minutes east of Dallas and 15 minutes from Rockwall. We offer a unique experience with a replica of Waterford Castle for private stays and a separate castle-themed venue for weddings and events.

Castle Waterford is dedicated to providing exclusive experiences. Therefore, access for tours, private events, and overnight accommodations is strictly by appointment.

You can typically schedule: 

• Tours & Events: Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• For Overnight Stays: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

While Castle Waterford does not provide full wedding planning, we do offer on-site coordination to ensure your day runs smoothly. We also have a network of trusted wedding planners and vendors we can recommend to complete your team. 

Absolutely! We believe in giving you the freedom to personalize your event. You are welcome to bring your own caterers, decorators, DJs, and other vendors, provided they are pre-approved by Castle Waterford and comply with our specific venue guidelines. For your convenience, we also maintain a list of highly recommended preferred partners that we can share.
