Castle Waterford’s Event Package includes more amenities than any venue in the region, so you can quickly plan an elegant party.

Included Amenities:

Exclusive use of Castle Waterford from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the day of your party, plus decorate & rehearse up to 5 consecutive hours the day before your party, if it takes place on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Full access to the venue’s bridal suite with its makeup mirrors, full-length mirrors, a dress rack, en-suite bathroom and custom-controlled air-conditioning & heating.

Custom-made benches and a golden arch for outdoor ceremonies, plus up to three decorative easels for items such as your entrance photo, welcome sign and seating chart.

The guest(s) of honor may take a chauffeured ride in a Model T electric car.

Make use of our scenic trail, fairy tale statuary and two castles for photos during your event.

At the reception, the guest(s) of honor may sit on two gold throne chair set on a riser, while guests sit on gold Chiavari chairs with gold cushions.

Venue staff will set your dinner tables with gold & crystal underplates (chargers), fine china, Waterford crystal, embellished flatware & gold crown centerpieces. Young guests receive acrylic look-alike tableware.

The venue’s catering kitchen comes equipped with a warming oven, a commercial refrigerator, a prep area, plus an ice chest, with 120 pounds of ice provided for your event. On-site cooking is allowed on the back patio!

Set your cake & desserts on the venue’s gold & crystal cake stands, and make use of the venue’s cake knife & serving utensil. The guest of honor may choose from three sets of ornate toasting glasses.

The venue provides round dinner tables for your guests, rectangular tables for your vendors, an antique high-top bar cabinet for your bartender, a 16’x16’ dance floor, a professional audio system with surround sound & wireless mics for indoor use, a 70-inch TV for video slideshows, & a portable photo wall.

All parking is on-site and ample. Venue staff will shuttle guests to the front door on request.

Two to four venue managers will assist your vendors during your event.

The venue rental price comes with four interest-free payments. If all venue payments are made on time, then the venue will reimburse the cost of your liability insurance.

Outside vendors are welcome at Castle Waterford!
