You are welcome to hire any licensed caterer, or to request a catering quote from Castle Waterford.

Castle Waterford’s serving staff will provide food setup, buffet service and cleanup.

Security Deposit

A $1,000 security deposit is required for all special events. This amount is equal to the deductible on your General and Alcohol Liability Insurance Policy, which Castle Waterford includes with your venue rental.

Your security deposit will be returned promptly and in full as long as there is no damage or theft in regard to the venue, its decorations or supplies.

Alcohol Policy

If alcohol will be consumed at your special event, then a TABC-certified bartender must be hired, and one licensed security officer must be present from 30 minutes prior to alcohol being served until 30 minutes following the last alcoholic drink being served.

$1,925 for up to 100 guests

$2,100 for up to 150 guests

$2,290 for up to 175 guests
